IB Recruitment 2014 Vacancy, Eligibility Details
Name of the post: Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs
No of vacancies: A total of 74 Vacancies exists. Post wise vacancy details are given below.
1. Personal Assistant : 42 Vacancies
2. Jr. Intelligence Officer : 32 Vacancies
Educational qualification for Personal Assistant: Candidate should have passed 10+2 pass or equivalent with proficiency in stenography, Skill test on computer-transcription of shorthand, 40 minutes (English) and 55 minutes (Hindi)and Knowledge of computer operation is Desirable.
Educational qualification for Junior Intelligence Officer:Candidate should have passed matriculation with two yrs Industrial training Institute (ITI) passed certificate in Radio Technician or Communication or Computer or Electronics or Electrical.
Age Limit: To apply for above said posts applicant age should be between 18 - 27 years as on the closing date i.e. 02nd June, 2014
Pay Scale : IB Personal Assistant salary / pay scale is Rs. 9,300 to Rs. 34,800 + Rs. 4600 Grade Pay and Rs. 5200 to Rs. 20,200 + Rs. 2400 Grade Pay for IB Jr. Intelligence Officer jobs.
Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of performance in written test, Stenographic Test/Skill test cum Interview.
Application fee & Mode of payment Details
Application fee: Rs. 50/- for General/OBC Candidates and SC/ST/women candidates are exempted from payment of IB recruitment Application fee.
Mode of Payment:Job Applicants can pay the fee by cash deposit (offline payment) or by using internet banking facility of SBI (Online payment).
