Sikkim Govt Recruitment Details:
1. Multi Purpose Health worker Grade- III (Male) – 34 Posts
2. Multi Purpose Health worker Grade- III (Female) – 18 Posts
3. Medical Record Technical Grade- III – 01 Post
4. Dental Assistant Grade- III – 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 18-30 years as on 31.10.2012. Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must be possess Class X from recognized Board with MPHW training course from a recognized institute.
Selection process: Eligible candidates will be selected through Written Exam.
How to Apply: Applicants can apply through prescribed application format that should be obtain from the Joint Secretary – II, Health care, Human Services and family Welfare Department, Health Secretariat, Gangtok on the production of bank receipt for Rupees 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) only credit under head 0210-OR(Cost of Application form). Application forms shall be available from 17-09-2012 to 27-09-2012. Completed Application form along with attested photocopies of the all relevant documents must send to the office of the Joint Secretary -ii, Health Care, Human Service and family Welfare on or before 8-10-2012.
