No of vacancies: A total of 440 Vacancies exists.

1. Officer Scale -III : 09 posts
2. Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer ) : 48 posts
3. Officer Scale II ( Chartered Accountants) : 01 post
4. Officer Scale II (Treasury Manager) : 01 post
5. Officer Scale I : 131 posts
6. Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : 250 posts
Educational qualification:
To apply for Office Assistant(Multipurpose) & Officer Scale-I posts candidate should have passed Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
To apply for Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer & Officer Scale-III post candidate should have passed Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
To apply for Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant) posts candidate should have Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
To apply for Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager) posts candidate should have
Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Post graduate Degree in Finance from a recognized university.
Age Limit: To apply for Officer Scale III post candidate age should be below 40 years, between 21 years to 32 years for Officer Scale II post and between 18 years to 28 years for Officer Scale I & Office Assistant Posts as on 01-06-2012.
Pay Scale : The pay scale range
For Officer Senior Management Scale-III: 25700-800/5-29700-900/2-31500
For Officer Middle Management Scale-II: 19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100
For Officer Junior Management Scale-I: 14500 - 600/7 - 18700 - 700/2 – 20100 - 800/7 – 25700
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300
Probation Period: Selected candidates in Officer Cadre will be on probation for the period of 2 years & selected candidates in Office Assistant cadre will be on probation for the period of 1 year.
Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of performance of candidates in the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 & Personal Interview.
Application fee & Mode of payment Details
SC/ST/PWD candidates are required to pay the applicatrion fee of Rs. 20/- and Rs.100/- for all others.
Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of Marudhara
Gramin Bank or State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur by means of a Payment challan available
in the Bank’s website.
