Exam Pattern for SAIL Management Trainee 2014
The written test for the SAIL Management Trainee (Technical & Administration) posts will be held on the same day as per the below schedule:
For MT(Technical): The written exam will be held in the Forenoon session.
For MT(Administration): The written exam will be held in the Afternoon session.
The SAIL Management Trainee 2014 Written Test consists of five segments;
1. Domain knowledge test (Total:100 Marks)
Duration of examination: 75 minutes
2. Aptitude test (Total:100 Marks)
Duration of examination: 75 minutes
Aptitude test consisting of four segments that is
a) Quantitative aptitude: 25 marks
b) Verbal ability: 25 marks
c) Reasoning: 25 marks
d) General awareness: 25 marks
To be eligible for Group Discussion and Interview call, a candidate will have to qualify in each of the five segments for the respective discipline by scoring minimum 50 percentile marks in the respective category.
