1. Engineering Assistant: 1290 Posts
2. Technician: 340 Posts
No of vacancies: A total of 1630 Vacancies exists.
Educational qualification: Candidate should have three years Diploma in Radio /Telecommunication /Electrical /Electronics/ Information Technology /Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University or Degree with Physics and Knowledge of Wireless Radio Engineering for Engineering Assistant post. 10+2 pass from a recognized Board.Diploma of at least 2 years duration in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized University for Technician post.
Experience: Candidate should have One year experience in the related field.
Age Limit: To apply for Engineering Assistant post candidate age should be 30 years and between 18 to 25 years for Technician post as on 01-01-2013.
Pay Scale :
Engineering Assistant: The pay scale range for this post is Rs.9300- 34800 + Grade Pay 4200/-
Technician: The pay scale range for this post is Rs.5200- 20,200 + Grade Pay 2400/
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Written examination conducted by Staff Selection Commission.
Application fee
Applicants should pay the application fee of Rs. 200/- only through State Bank of India (SBI) either in the form of Challan or net banking. Fee is not required for SC/ST /Ex-Servicemen and PH & all women candidates.
