SSC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2014 Vacancy, Eligibility Details

Name of the post:

1.Junior Engineer (Civil & Electrical), in Central Public Works Department (CPWD)and Department of Posts

2.a. Junior Engineer (Civil), in Military Engineering Service( MES)
b. Junior Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical), in MES
c. Junior Engineer (QS & C) in MES

3. Junior Engineer (Civil & Mechanical),in Central Water Commission (CWC ) and Farakka Barrage.

Educational qualification: Candidate should have passed B.E/B.Tech Degree or Diploma in Civil/Electrical or Mechanical from any recognized University.

Age Limit: Candidate age should be between 18-27 years for Junior Engineer (Civil & Electrical) in CPWD and Department of Posts. Candidate age should not more than 30 years for Junior Engineer (Civil) & Junior Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical) in MES. Upto 32 years for Junior Engineers (Civil & Mechanical) in CWC and Farakka Barrage. Between 18-27 Years for Junior Engineers(Quantity Surveying & Contract) in MES.

Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of written test and interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for Interview on the basis of their total marks in the Written Examination.

Application fee Details

Applicants should pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- through State Bank of India (SBI) either in the form of Challan or net banking. Fee is not required for SC/ST /Ex-Servicemen and PH & all women candidates.
