NICL Recruitment 2013 for Assistant Vacancy, Eligibility Details

National Insurance Company Limited invites online applications from eligible Indian Citizens on behalf of all the four Public Sector General Insurance Companies for recruitment of 2600 Assistant Vacancies in Cass III Cadre from open market.

Name of the post: Assistant

No of vacancies: A total of 2600 Vacancies available. Company wise & Category wise Vacancies are given below.

1. National Insurance Co.Ltd: 800 Vacancies (SC-117, ST-66, OBC-223, GEN-394)

2. Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd: 600 Vacancies (SC-67, ST-46, OBC-119, GEN-368)

3. The New India Assurance Co. Ltd: 600 Vacancies (SC-30, ST-27, OBC-224, GEN-319)

4. United India Insurance Co. Ltd: 600 Vacancies (SC-96, ST-45, OBC-155, GEN- 304)

Educational qualification: Candidate should have passed Graduation from a recognized University.

Pass in HSC/Equivalent (XII pass) examination with 60% marks (50% for Ex-servicemen, SC/ST and Persons with Disabilities) and Knowledge of Regional Language i.e. Language of the State of Recruitment is essential.

Age Limit: To apply for Assistant post candidate age should be between 18-28 years as on 30-06-2013.

Pay Scale : The pay scale range for Assistant post is 7640-440(1)-8080-480(2)-9040-540(5)-11740-625(2)-12990-760(3)-15270-790(2)-16850-840(5)-21050. Total emoluments (Pre-revision) works out to approximately Rs.15000/- per month in the initial stage in a metro city.

Selection Process: Candidate selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Written Test, Interview and Computer Proficiency Test.

Application fee & Mode of payment Details

Application fee: Candidates are required to pay the fee of Rs.70/- for SC/ST/PWD/XS, Rs.220/- for male candidates other than SC/ST/PWD/XS and Rs.120/- for female candidates other than SC/ST/PWD/XS.

Mode of Payment: Candidate should visit the nearest branch of State Bank of India to deposit the appropriate fees in cash only in Account no.32968716721 in favour of "NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LTD".

Fee payment will be accepted from 18th May 2013 to 12th June 2013.
