RRC Central Railway, Recruitment 2013 Vacancy, Eligibility Details
Name of the post: Erstwhile Group ‘D’ Posts
No of vacancies: A total of 905 Vacancies exists.
Eligibility Criteria: Ex-Servicemen who have retired after putting in 15 years of service and have passed Army Class-I certificate or equivalent are eligible to apply.
Age Limit:
UR candidates upper age limit should be 33 years + extent of military service + 3 years as on 1-1-2014.
SC/ST candidates upper age limit should be 38 years + extent of military service + 3 years as on 1-1-2014.
OBC candidates upper age limit should be 36 years + extent of military service + 3 year as on 1-1-2014.
Pay Scale : The pay scale range for this post is Pay Band-1 of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1800/-
Selection Process: Selection of eligible candidates will be made on the basis of total length of military service and ex-Servicemen over and above 20% of vacancies will be called for verification of original documents.
Exam fee: No examination fee is applicable.
