Educational qualification: Candidate should have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination from a Board or University recognised by Central or State Government.
Technical Qualification :
For Constable (Fitter): Candidates must possess either 2 year ITI Certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle issued by National Council for Vocational Training approved by DGET, Ministry of Labour Or Diploma in Automobile issued by AICTE approved by Ministry of Human Resource Development. Candidates should have one year experience.
For CT (Driver): candidates should have “Transport Vehicle” driving licence and pass the driving test at the time of recruitment.
For CT(Bugler/ Tailor/ Cobbler/ Carpenter/Gardener/ Painter/ Pipe Band/ Brass Band/ Cook/ Water Carrier/Safai Karmachari / Barber/ Washer man/Woman & Hair Dresser): Candidates should have good working knowledge in relevant trades.
Age Limit: To apply for Constables (Trade & Technical) post candidate age should be between 18 years to 23 years as on 01-01-2014.
Pay Scale : The pay scale range for Constables (Trade & Technical) post is Pay Band-1 Rs. 5200 – 20,200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2,000/-.
Selection Process: Selection process will be made on the basis of Physical Efficiency Test/ Physical Standards Test, Written Test, Trade Test, Medical Examination, Drawal Of Final Merit List and Final Selection.
Application fee & Mode of payment Details
General/OBC categories male candidates need to pay application fee of Rs. 50/- by means of crossed IPO/Demand Draft/ Banker's Cheque drawn in favour of the Deputy Inspector General of Police of concerned application receiving centre (which are mentioned in the notification).
Male candidates belonging to SC and ST Categories & Female candidates are no need to pay application fee. Ex.Servicemen candidates eligible for reservation are also no need to pay application fee.
How to apply for CRPF Constable (Technical/Trade) Posts
Interested candidates who fulfill the above eligibility criteria may required to download the application form. Fill the application form and affix latest passport size photographs. Candidates send the filled in application along with two self addressed envelopes of 4” x 9” size duly affixing postage stamps for Rs. 22/- and application fee by means of crossed IPO/Demand Draft/ Banker's Cheque to the Deputy Inspector General of Police, CRPF of concerned application receiving centre which are mentioned in the official notification.
Candidates can also drop their envelopes containing applications in the drop box placed for the purpose at the main gate of the respective application receiving centres.
