No of vacancies: A total of 23625 Vacancies exists.

1. PGT: 5144 Posts
2. TGT: 6390 Posts
3. Laibarian: 425 Posts
4. Coordinator: 5595 Posts
5. Clerk: 5600 Posts
6. Peon: 471 Posts
Educational qualification: Candidate should have passed Master degree with B.Ed degree from recognized university / institute / college for PGT post.
For PGT-Computer Science post: Candidate must have at least 50% marks in aggregate in B.E or B.Tech (Computer Science/ IT) or Degree or Diploma or B.E or B.Tech (any stream) or M.Sc. (Computer Science)/ MCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) / BCA or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and Post Graduate degree in any subject from a recognized University.
For TGT post: Candidate must have passed Graduate with B.Ed degree from recognized university / institute / college.
For Librarian post: Candidate should have passed B.Lib/M.Lib degree.
For Coordinator post: Candidate should have passed 12th.
For Clerk post: Candidate should have passed 12th with degree.
For Peon post: Candidate should have passed 8th with degree from recognized board / institute / college.
Age Limit: Candidate age should be between 21 years and 40 years for TGT post, between 21 years and 35 years for PGT post and for all other posts candidates age must be between 18-36 years as on 01-08-2013.
Pay Scale :
The pay scale range for PGT post is Rs.9300/- to 34,800/- plus Grade Pay 4800/-
The pay scale range for TGT post is Rs.9300/- to 34,800/- plus Grade Pay 4600/-
The pay scale range for Librarian post is Rs. Rs. 9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4200
The pay scale range for Coordinator post is Rs.Rs. 5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2400
The pay scale range for Clerk post is Rs.Rs. 5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2400
The pay scale range for Peon post is Rs.Rs. 5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.1900
Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of Common Written Examination & Interview.
