TNPSC Recruitment 2013 Vacancy, Eligibility Details
No of vacancies: A total of 922 Vacancies exists.
Name of the post:
1. Veterinary Assistant Surgeon: 916 + 1c/f Vacancies
2. Research Assistant: 05 Vacancies
Educational qualification: Candidate should have passed B.V.Sc Degree and Must be a Registered Veterinary practitioner under the Indian Veterinary council Act 1984.
Note:Candidates possessing the Certificate of Registration within the meaning of Tamil Nadu Registration of Veterinary Practitioners Act 1957 (Tamil Nadu Act XXI of 1957) may also apply. But they should produce Certificate of Registration obtained under the Indian Veterinary Council Act 1984 (Central Act 52 of 1984) at the time of Oral Test.
Age Limit: To apply for above post candidate age should be between 18 to 30 years as on 01-07-2013. No age limit for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/ DCs, BCs and DWs of all Castes candidates.
Pay Scale: The pay scale range for above posts is Rs.15600-39100 +
Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made in two successive stages that is Main Examination in Computer Based Test format & Oral Test.
