Educational qualification for Management Trainee (Technical): Candidate should have passed Degree in Engg. (full time)with 65% marks (average of all semesters), in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Electronics, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil,Computer Science (IT), MiningorChemical Engineering. For Computer Science discipline MCA (3 years full time)with 65% marks (average of all semesters) are also eligible.
Educational qualification for Management Trainee (Administration):
For HR, Marketing and Materials: Candidate should have passed Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with 60% marks(average of all subjects) with at least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in Human Resources/Personnel Mgmt.&Industrial Relations/Personnel Mgmt./Masters in Human Resources & Organizational Development for HR discipline, Marketing for Marketing discipline and Production/Operations/Materials/Logistics & Supply Chain Mgmt. for Materials discipline.
For MT -Finance : Candidate should have passed CA/ICWA.
Age Limit: Candidate age must not be above than 30 years as on 01.03.2013 i.e not born earlier than 01.03.1983.
Pay Scale : The Management Trainees will be offered in the pay scale of Rs.20600-3%-46500 (E-1). Basic Pay of Rs.20,600/- p.m.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a Written Examination, Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Written Test will be intimated to appear for Group Discussion and Interview.

Application fee: Examination fee of Rs.500/- for General and OBC Candidates or Rs.100/- as processing fee for SC/ST/ PWD/Departmental candidates.
Mode of Payment: Payment can be made through net-banking/credit card/debit card or through pay-in-slip.
