JNU Delhi Recruitment October 2013 Vacancy, Eligibility Details

Post Name: Assistant Register, Veterinary officer, Senior assistant, Stenographer, Junior assistant cum-typist.

No of vacancies: A total of 54 posts available. Post wise vacancy details are given below.

1. Assistant Register- 1 post reserved for ST
2. Veterinary officer- 1 post –UR
3. Senior assistant- 13 posts (12-UR, 1-SC)
4. Stenographer- 5 posts (3-UR, 1-OBC, 1-SC)
5. Junior assistant- 34 posts (16-UR, 1-PWD-OH, 9-OBC, 5-SC & 3-ST)

Educational qualification: Candidate should have passed masters Degree for Assistant Register, B.V.Sc for veterinary officer, Graduation for senior assistant, 10+2 for stenographer, 10 + 2 for junior assistant post.

Age Limit: To apply for posts sr.no 1 & 2 candidate age should be 45 years and posts sr.no 3, 4 & 2 candidate age should be 35 years upper limit.

Pay Scale: The pay scale range for Assistant Register is Rs 15,600 to 39,100 with grade pay 5400, for veterinary officer Rs 15,600 to 39,100 with grade pay 5400, for senior assistant, steno & junior assistant is Rs 5200 to 20200 plus grand pay of 2400.

Selection Process: Candidate selection for JNU Delhi recruitment will be based on written test & interview.

Application fee & Mode of payment Details

Application fee: Candidates are required to pay the application fee of Rs 500/- For Assistant Registrar, Veterinary Officer posts and Rs 300/- for all other posts. No application fee is payable in respect of SC/ST/PWD candidates.

Mode of Payment: Candidate should take Bank Draft said application fee in favour of finance officer JNU payable at Delhi.
