PSCWB Recruitment 2013 Application Form & Notification:Public Service Commission, West Bengal (PSCWB) has announced the vacancy notification for the recruitment of various posts in Education Department. PSCWB Vacancy, Eligibility Details

A. Government Engineering & Technological Colleges under Higher Education Department:

1. Principal: 03 vacancies
2. Professor: 27 vacancies
3. Associate Professor: 57 vacancies

B. Posts under the School Education Department:

1. Head Mistress: 01 vacancy
2. Science Mistress: 01 vacancy
3. Geography Mistress: 01 vacancy
4. Science Master (Physics): 01 vacancy

C. District Inspector of Schools: 02 vacancies

Educational qualification: Candidates are advised to refer to the notification for post wise educational qualification details.

Age Limit: To apply for Principal, Professor Post candidate age not more than 50 years , not more than 40/ 45 years for Associate professor Post, below 45 years for Head Mistress post and below 35 years for all other posts as on 01-01-2013.

Selection Process: Candidate selection will be done on the basis of a Screening Test / Written Test and Interview.

Application fee & Mode of payment Details

Application fee: Candidates belonging to S.C./S.T. of West Bengal and Persons with Disabilities are not required to pay application fee. Rs. 210/ for all other candidates.

Mode of Payment: Candidates must enclose with the application a fee of Rs. 210/- only by Indian Postal Order which must be purchased on a date after publication of this notification and on or before the clossing date of submission of application and crossed and endorsed to the Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal, or by a receipted Challan from a Govt. Treasury in West Bengal or the Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata under the head “0051-00-105-State PSC Examination fees-001 Examination fees-16 other fees”. The Postal Orders should be made payable at G.P.O., Kolkata.

How to apply for PSCWB Recruitment 2013

Interested candidates who fulfill the above eligibility criteria may required to apply through prescribed application format which is available in the official notification, fill it completely with all required details, affix recent passport size photograph with duly signed by the candidate, completed application form must be submitted along with the copies of relevant certificates, Indian Postal Order/ Treasury Challan, two self-addressed unstamped envelopes and one self-addressed post card should be enclosed with the application must be sent strictly by registered or speed post or under certificate of posting to the below mentioned address on or before 21-05-2013. Candidates can also be submitted personally between 11-00 AM and 3-30 PM on all working days of the Commission’s office.
