No of vacancies: A total of 698 Vacancies exists.
Name of the post:
1. Senior Resident: 327 Vacancies
2. Junior Resident: 301 Vacancies
3. Tutor/ Demonstrator: 70 Vacancies
Educational qualification:
For Senior Residents:
Candidate should have MBBS/BDS degree with one year of internship, MD/MS/MDS in the discipline concerned from recognised university/institute.
Non-Medical Candidates: Candidate should have M.Sc Degree, Ph.D in the subject concerned/allied subject from a recognized University/Institute.
For Junior Residents, Tutors/Demonstrators:
Candidate should have MBBS/BDS from a recognised Institute with one year of internship and registration under any state or MCI/DCI.
For non-medical candidates MSc degree in the concerned subject.
Age Limit: To apply for the above mentioned posts candidate age should not be more than 33 years as on 16th December, 2013.
Pay Scale :
The pay scale range for Senior Resident post is: Rs.15,600-39,100 + 6,600GP+NPA.
The pay scale range for Junior Residents, Tutors/Demonstrators post is: Rs.15,600-39,100 + 5,400GP+NPA
NPA is not applicable to non-medical candidates.
Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of written examination followed by an interview.

SC/ST Category candidates will have to pay application fee of Rs.800/-.
