UPPSC Combined Junior Engineer Exam 2014 Vacancy, Eligibility Details
General Recruitment: A total of 2747 Vacancies exists.

1. Junior Engineer : 2741 vacancies
2. Technical Assistant : 03 vacancies
3. Surveyor (civil) : 03 vacancies
Backlog/Special Recruitment : A total of 32 Vacancies exists.
Name of the post:
1. Junior Engineer : 32 vacancies
No of vacancies: A total of 2779 Vacancies exists.
Educational qualification: To apply for UPPSC Combined Junior Engineer Exam 2014 applicant should have a Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Agriculture/Civil Surveying Engineering. For more details applicants are advised to refer the official notification.
Age Limit: To apply for UPPSC Combined Junior Engineer Exam 2014 applicant age should be between 21 years to 40 years as on 1st July, 2013 i.e. they must have not been born earlier than 2nd July, 1973 & not later than 1st July, 1992.
Pay Scale : The pay scale range is Rs. 9300/- to Rs. 34,800/- (Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-).
Selection Process: The applicants will be recruited on the basis of Written Examination and Interview.
Application fee & Mode of payment Details
Application fee:
General/OBC applicants will have to pay Exam fee Rs. 200/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/-.
SC/ST applicants will have to pay Exam fee Rs. 80/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/-.
Handicapped applicants will have to pay On-line processing fee Rs. 15/-.
Mode of Payment: After filling in the 'Candidate Registration' of the On-line application, applicant shall procure the print-out of the E-challan in duplicate. The E-Challan will be used to deposit the fee in any of the branches of State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank by the applicant according to his category.
How to apply for UPPSC Combined Junior Engineer Exam 2014
The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application only through ON-LINE mode. The On-line registration of applications is made available on UPPSC website uppsc.up.nic.in from 24th December, 2013 to 24th January, 2014. After submission of applications through On-Line, applicants shall send photocopies of all academic/required documents alongwith print out of On-Line application form in an envelope by means of Personally/Speed Post/Registered Post latest by dated 03 February, 2014 and must ensure for submission in the office of the Commission.
