1. Management Trainee(General): 17 Vacancies
2. Management Trainee(Accounts): 07 Vacancies
3. Accountant: 17 Vacancies
4. Jr. Technical Assistant: 107 Vacancies
5. Assistant Engineer: 10 Vacancies
No of vacancies: A total of 158 Vacancies exists.
Educational qualification:
For Management Trainee (General): Degree with 1st class of MBA, Specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resource or Industrial Relation or Marketing Management or Supply Chain Management from recognized University.
For Management Trainee (Accounts): Degree with 1st class of MBA in Finance or pass in final examinations of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India or Pass in Associate Company Secretary from recognized institution.
For Accountant: B.Com or BA (Commerce) or Chartered Accountant or Costs and Works Accountants or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit & Accounts Department with 03 years experience in maintaining and auditing of Accounts in Industrial/Commercial/Departmental Undertakings.
For Jr. Technical Assistant: Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects.
For Assistant Engineer: A degree in Civil Engineering.
Age Limit: To apply for Accountant & Assistant Engineer posts candidate maximum age should be 30 years, and 28 years for all remaining posts as on 14th January, 2014.
Pay Scale :
The pay scale range for Management Trainee post is Rs.20600-46500.
The pay scale range for Accountant & Assistant Engineer posts is Rs.16400-40500.
The pay scale range for Jr. Technical Assistant post is Rs.10500-28690.
Selection Process: On All India basis through Objective type written test on respective subjects and aptitude of the standard of the educational qualification prescribed for each post followed by Personal Interview.
Application fee & Mode of payment Details
Gen/OBC Applicants are required to pay fee of Rs. 300/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “All India Management Association”, payable at New Delhi (Cheque/IPO shall not be accepted). SC/ST/PH candidates need not to pay the fee.
