1. Gangman/ Trackman (B 1): 3534 Vacancies
2. Helper/ Khalasi (Engg/ Mech/ Elect/ S&T) B 1: 932 Vacancies
3. Helper-II/ Khalasi (Engg/ Mech/ Elect/ S&T) C 1: 662 Vacancies
4. Helper-II/ Khallasi (TMC Organization) B 1: 52 Vacancies
5. Platform Porter (A 2): 595 Vacancies
No of vacancies: A total of 5775 Vacancies exists.
Educational qualification: To apply for RRC Western Railway Mumbai Group D posts Applicants must have passed 10th class/ ITI or equivalent from recognized Educational Institution/ Board.
Pay Scale: Pay Band I of Rs.5200-20200 with grade pay Rs. 1800/-.
Age Limit: To apply for RRC Western Railway Mumbai Group D posts applicants age should be between 18 years to 33 years for UR, between 18 years to 36 years for OBC and between 18 years to 38 years for SC/ ST candidates as on 01-01-2014.
Selection Process: The candidates will be recruited on the basis of Written Examination, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Medical Examination.
Examination Fee & Mode of payment Details
Applicants are required to pay fee of Rs.100/- and SC/ ST, Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Disabilities, Women, Minority communities and Economically Backward Classes candidates are need not to pay Examination Fee.
